In 2015 we Established Virtus Business Development and Engineering in the USA to become a point of reference in the US market. With a based in Miami Florida, Virtus main activities are: • Civil Engineering • Industrial Engineering • Renewable Energy • Concessions • Land Development We have worked mainly in the Spanish and North American markets as a connection among key clients in Spain and America. Headquartered in Madrid, we have now opened an office in Miami, Florida and acquired Triangle Associates, a local company specialized in Civil Engineering. Civil Engineering activity is done through Triangle. The objective is to diversify the company to other markets and support the establishment of Spanish Construction and Engineering companies in the United States. Industrial Engineering We represent major suppliers in front of major EPC contractors such as Tecnicas Reunidas, Initec, Intecsa, Sacyr Industrial, Sener, etc. We act as an agent to key industrial suppliers, guiding them in the opening of new business opportunities. Renewable Energy We have an investment in a key company in the renewable sector, supporting all phases of a project, such as construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance. Concessions We have signed a partnership agreement with EYSA, leading company in Parking Management and Concessions to enter the US market. We will provide local support and logistics, and bid on long term parking concession projects in the main cities.
