Hands down the best meal I had during my 5 days in Madrid. 6 courses plus dessert and 3 glasses of wine for 40 euros. A meal of this caliber would cost me 3x that back in NY. These guys aren't playing around; this place is a must. Just ask the folks at the Michelin guide.

They really nailed the whole fusion experience. The food is not too saucy or too heavy! There is a lot of acidity that cuts theough the ingredients and some spicy notes which are quite nice! My facorite dish are the mussels, wonderful!! Not a 5 stars because i wish it lasted a little but less (it was a thursday night)
