My advice: if you have carry-on bag, line-up first while boarding or pay for priority boarding. In my last flight, more than half of the passengers were not allowed to take their carry-on baggage on board. Boarding staff excused the situation saying that there was no space inside the plane, however once on board was evident that in fact there was available space left in the overhead compartments. People were threatened with not allowing to fly if they don’t give up their baggage before boarding. Once seated I saw through the window how the on ground personnel was careless throwing the carry-on suitcases down the ramp, so if people were carrying fragile items (hence the need for be carry-on baggage) probably those items could be damaged. When we arrived at Orly, after 2-hours flight, it took one hour to deliver the baggage. It’s a shame that this airline is associated with AirFrance.

Worst airline ever, i am sorry i need to check one star to post this review. Transavia had mistaken the date of the outgoing flight and they are not giving any solutions. I opened a reclamation online, called to different call centers around the globe and it is always the same answer: 'My supervisor is informed and they will find a solution and contact you' I need to fly in three days and they just ask me for patience. Of course, they will probably cancel my booking because now it is more profitable for them to charge a new passanger 500 euro than to solve the ticket that was bought 4 months ago. I will be paying an expensive last minute ticket because someone mess up with the dates when registering my booking. P.S: Do NOT fly with TRANSAVIA

-Muy bien. El personal atento y educado. Un pequeño retraso a la vuelta, pero nada importante. Nos facturaron gratuitamente una maleta por cabeza ya que solo podías llevar un bulto. Eso fue a la vuelta porque a la ida no nos pusieron ningún problema. También es verdad que el avión iba medio vacío por lo que no debía haber problemas de espacio en el departamento superior del avión.
Fatal una compañía nada recomendable lo vuelos con retraso los aviones con unos ruidos en el tren de aterrizaje inaguantables y encima sucios llenos de mierda hasta los ojos me estropearon un pantalón con un chicle que había debajo del reposabrazos y los asientos estaban llenos de vómito y salsa de tomate horrible horrible no volveré a volar nunca jamás con éllos no es nada recomendable!!
Una experiencia bastante mala pague 36 por persona para elegir asiento en primera fila no puedes guardar la maleta de mano por que cuando te subes esta lleno y heramos los primeros, claro es que iva el equipaje de los pilotos y azafatas que deberían tener un espacio para ellos, luego discriminan a los españoles ya que tanto la comunicación del piloto como las instrucciones de emergencia de los azafatas es todo en francés vamos que no te enteras de nada las aerolíneas españolas tienen varios idiomas aunque sea por respeto en fin no volaría más con transavia estando iberia
Si se pudiera dejar menos estrellas lo hiciera, ayer me han cancelado el vuelo y no hay forma de comunicarme con ellos, he tenido que pagar hotel, taxi y comida. No hay nadie en el aeropuerto, estuve 30 minutos al teléfono y me lo han colgado. Les he enviado correos, WhatsApp, mensajes por instagram y ha sido imposible! UNA VERGÜENZA DE AEROLINEA OJALA LA CIERREN
