I am British and I met my wife a Filipino citizen in Madrid and decided to marry her. I had some messages with Tramitex in March 2019 and engaged them to arrange my Spanish residency and marriage, and then my wife's residency. Spanish bureaucracy is a nightmare, and we liaised with Anna Tan, a Spanish Filipino assistant employee at Tramitex - she spoke excellent English and her help was invaluable. We married on November 20th 2019, and Anna was present at the notaire's. Anna helped is with advice on translators and then the interpreter. Then there was a hold up by the Spanish bureaucracy due to the three month's lockdown in Spain in 2020. My wife finally obtained her residency in September 2020. We are currently in England and obtained British residency for my wife on December 14th 2020. Tramitex were very important in obtaining the Spanish papers. Posted this reference on 29 January 2021

The lawyer that met me, was very speedy and didnt want to discuss or give options to my case, also i don’t understand how an office for “extranjeros” does not have someone to speak english, if thats they case you should mention it when we are paying.. another thing, when i was asking about the process (before i paid) I received several emails to answer my questions and a phone call assuring that all will be handled and you will respond to all questions when i get the appointment, but i finished the un useful appointment, and sent 3 emails requesting more information and even sent a reminder, but nothing happened till this moment.
