It's an incredible place to live and stay if you are a student. I have been living since I arrived in Madrid and its had been really good. The things that I like the most about Smart Residences are the food, the people who work there, and the good and healthy environment that exists in every flat. I strongly recommend it.

After almost a year with Smart Residences, I can affirm that the service was qualitative. The house is well located and spacious, Mary who used to cook and help us on a daily basis was really kind and cooked for us enjoyable dishes throughout the year. Finally, the responsible were ready to listen to any comment which was very helpful for me as a first year student.
Excellent service from the Smart residences team. I would recommend for international students/persons who are new in Madrid and looking for affordable housing. Meals and House Keeping is also part of the package:)
Buscar un lugar para estar en casa cuando vienes de otro país es difícil pero Smart lo ha hecho sencillo. Gracias a Smart puedo convivir con gente fuera del máster y sentirme como en casa. Smart te ayuda a que puedas solo enfocarte en los estudios y a su vez te facilita actividades académicas y recreativas!!!
Experiencia muy positiva. claro que estuve ya hace varios años, en el 2008, no sé como estará todo ahora, pero antes era un lugar tranquilo.
Todo un descubrimiento. He vivido en otras residencias de estudiantes y no hay comparación. Estuve super a gusto y tranquila incluso durante el confinamiento y los servicios y la atención ha sido siempre super cercana. Gracias por todo!
Desaconsejamos absolutamente. Son unos “ listos” que valoran tamaño y precio según ocupación. Estan “in to de top” y el tiempo los pondrá en su sitio. Llegamos a ver una habitación de uno de sus 80 pisos , y como lo tenían prácticamente cubierto querían alquilar una habitacion M por una XL. Lo dicho..... el tiempo los pondrá en su sitio Oskar
Tuve una muy buena experiencia con Smart Residences. Los pisos están muy bien ubicados y el servicio de comidas y aseo es muy bueno. Sin duda una gran opción para estudiantes que buscan un buen y cómodo lugar para vivir. Muy buen ambiente entre los compañeros de piso y muy buena atención por parte del personal de Smart Residences
