It's a very chic place indeed. close to everything and right in the center of all the actions, only have hoped I stayed longer. I was able to book a room for myself with my own washroom, even though there were no big closet for clothing, which is no problem for me since I travel really light. but it might be of an issue if you don't travel with just a carry-on. Love the service there, people are friendly, but not trying to be your best friend. The only thing is that there is no early breakfast services like in the transitional B&B. This is really more of a hotel-like B&B. Room Tip: the only rooms have a view of the Plaza Hotel are 2 double and one quadruple occupancy; I think room...

It is nice and clean and the personal is charming. The bed is ok but the pillows too small. It is cozy. Our room door opened to the public area where people was having breakfast. An extended family was there and it was crowded. The location is brilliant, a few steps from the museums and the Parque del Retiro. If you are planing to stay for a couple of nights is fine.
Excellent location, amazing price. Walk around the corner to the Thiessen museum, or down the street to Prado. Staff are happy to help with directions and recommendations (the y don't do bookings). Continental breakfast, tea, coffee and water available all day. Rooms are air conditioned. Small and sweet, if you get the right room, you can look across the street at the Westin, and congratulate yourself on saving hundreds of Euros every day you're there.
Amazing B&B so chic and the owner and staff extremely helpful and polite...CLEAN with capital letters beautiful rooms and lobby to have breakfast and get coffee anytime...its my second visit and every time I am in Madrid I stay there...
We are pleased with la Pepa Chic, loved our room and the facilities. Breakfast was great and Suzanne is lovely. All the staf are great. Alessi know lot about the city. La Pepa Chic is very central, all off the major museums near by, as are the metro and bussen. We willen be back. Geert and Piet, Amsterdam
not worth the money (88 eur/night)! room, bed (150cm) and bathroom so small, that you can hardly move, window to small inside space between buildings-kitchen smell, very noisy from common breakfast area and reception from 6:00 a.m., through the whole night, as people are coming, you can also hear everything from the other rooms, very dissapointed, the only plus is the location
Hice una reserva para Abril de 2020 y por el coronavirus no he podido ir. Pedí que me reembolsaran el dinero y me dijeron que no por política de empresa (y no se por que dado que concurren circunstancias excepcionales y de fuerza mayor) . Me mandaron un correo diciéndome que me daban un crédito obligado y ahora que cambian de nombre por Script va y me dicen que tengo que canjear el crédito allí por que caduca. Como voy a canjear el crédito si no me dejan salir de mi comunidad autónoma? Intento ponerme en contacto por telefono y email y imposible. Espero que si leéis el comentario os pongáis en contacto conmigo y me devolváis el dinero de la reserva, la verdad quería ayudar e ir más tarde pero siento que me estáis tomando el pelo.
Un ottima soluzione per qualche giorno a Madrid! La posizione è perfetta e permette di visitare il centro senza bisogno di usare bus o metro, però se siete pigri la fermata più vicina della metropolitana è a cinque minuti di distanza. Le camere sono piccoline e i bagni minuscoli ma si avverte la cura per i dettagli. La pulizia è impeccabile e, soprattutto, il personale è gentile, preparato e simpatico. Alessio ci ha accolto benissimo e offerto ottimi consigli. Solo due piccoli difetti: cuscini scomodi e lavandino del bagno dove è impossibile poggiare qualcosa! Difetti trascurabili rispetto alla posizione e all'accoglienza.
