Was having issues trying to acquire a game and they went above and beyond in minutes with all the info I needed. To be honest I've never had a customer service rep work that fast to correct a situation like these guys have. Short, quick, and to the point! Nicely done to guys over at Scalefast for their support at such short notice.

Dealt with Sergio D. (Sega), absolutely the fastest response from support that I've seen in my dealings with a handling company. My package has been dispatched and received in time for the game release date, despite being UPS ground, no complaints at all!
Daniela C. was quick to respond to my emails and initiated a return without delay. The refund was quick so overall the turn around time was very fast. She kept me updated all the way without having to chase her.

After a pretty rough start with their e-mail support, a Scalefast employee went above and beyond to help a ton of customers by answering any and all to put their mind at ease and then the very next day helped issue tracking numbers to every person who did not receive it. Best employee ever.
