Did a facial with extraction and Alicia was super professional and so pleasant. Very good value for money! High recommend! Leaving 100% satisfied. My face looks and most importantly; feels good!! Booked my next cita before i left, of course

I have been looking for a good facial treatment here in Madrid and thankfully, the good reviews about their services made me decide to try. Alicia is very nice and accommodating. She really gives one an experience of relaxation, all you have to do is trust her to do what needs to be done. I went for facial cleaning and not only does she carefully cleaned the impurities on my face, she even taught me how to maintain and care for my face on my own. She explained well how my face has parts that were oily and parts that needed moisturizing and showed me what to do with them. I definitely recommend her facial treatments, I haven't tried yet the other services but I'm sure it will be a good experience as well.

I had a facial done, and it was a very relaxing experience. I definitely recommend you to drop by as Alicia is also very professional and knowledgeable. She gave me very good tips about how to take care of my skin and it felt personalised to my skin type. I also loved the products she used on my skin and the end result.

Alicia is an excellent professional with a personal touch. So hard to find! She is patient and understand and explains what she is doing to your skin throughout. She’s very helpful and you can tell you knows what’s she’s doing and that she loves her job. I’d highly recommend her and am so glad I found a Facialist in Madrid!
