I’m not usually one to go for vegan desserts, but i tried the chocolate cake from Roots and can honestly say it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. So much so I went on a Sunday to try out their brunch options and again had a great experience at the restaurant. If you’re looking for healthy good food and a very inviting wait staff I highly recommend.

Love this concept of building your own healthy bowl with fresh ingredients. Plenty of options to choose from. You have to wait in line to order your food and pay at the register and then go find a place to sit. I went on a Thursday at lunch time and it was busy but we only waited for 2-3 min to get our food and it was easy to find a place to sit. Service is attentive and they help you with a smile which is something I really appreciate. We had 2 build your own bowls and they were both delicious. Ingredients were flavorful and very fresh. I would definitely recommend and I will be back to try their desserts which looked amazing. I also noticed the energy balls which also looked yummy although I thought they were a little pricey (2).

Great healthy food option. LOVED the tofu. A little pricey compared to other options in Madrid - but worth it. Staff is super friendly, generous portions, and lots of variety in ingredients.

The food is delicious, healthy and top quality. The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable about the food and really nice. The restaurant itself is very pretty and well decorated. Prices are well aligned with quality. I highly recommended if you are into a healthy lifestyle (or not).
