WARNING: DO NOT use this station if you have a lot of baggage. There are no elevator and only a part of the stairs is escalator. I took a train from the airport to here and figured I had to walk up the stair with my two suitcases...not fun...

There is no elevator and only 1/4 sets of stairs is an escalator. Beware, people with reduced mobility—this station is a nightmare.
I just wanted to do a little review about the metro, bus and train system here in Madrid, it is so well designed and works so well that it is one of the best I have seen in any City I have been.

It's being renovated, so should be in good shape soon.
You can take a train to here directly from the Madrid airport. Then just walk down the street (south) to Plaza de Cibeles and then a left to the park.
