A great place for dinner. The set menu is balanced in diversity and amount. It is full of interesting flavours and textures blended to perfection. The place is a bit small where the only decoration is the open kitchen. Not a place to go often, but certainly a place to return.
Excelent!! Great place to remember/taste the origins of Colombia. I lived 2 years in Bogotá and was amazed by the quality and taste of the food. Really good! Muy esquisito !! Congrats to Edwin Rodriguez
First time visit to a Colombian Restaurant, I was unsure what to expect but I really enjoyed it. The service and food were both excellent.
Where to start? This is a small restaurant that undoubtedbly will be noticed. The service is stellar from the beginning, the chef will personally prepare your first starter, with each dish taking inspiration from different parts of his native Colombia... it's simply spetacular! Creative cooking with a lot passion, we were both impressed/amazed and will return for sure!
An absolute must for high gastronomy of Colombian food in Madrid. We did the tasting menu that came with 12 different dishes (tiny, no stress ) for 60. Having been brought up in Greece with more Mediterranean and olive oil based recipes, this restaurant felt like an authentic experience of the Colombian gastronomy. I do recommend this place!
Solo puedo decir que este sitio es espectacular!!! Nos ha encantado y por esta razón felicitamos al chef, demás cociner@s y camarer@s que son todos un encanto. Desde que entras por el restaurante te hacen sentir cómodo y especial. En nuestro caso, nos sentamos al lado de la cocina abierta y no nos pudo gustar más, ya que desde nuestra mesa se veía como preparaban los platos y el empeño que le ponían a cada uno de ellos. Los camareros te explican cada uno de ellos, y que decir de los platos, si están todos muy buenos... Hay platos que realmente te teletrasportan a allí de los buenos que están. Los que más nos gustaron fueron los fuertes, la carne y el pulpo, aunque todos estaban buenos, estos son los que mejor valoramos. El ambiente del local es buenísimo y se nota que atienden a todos con bastante delicadeza y aprecio. Volveremos de nuevo cuando haya otro nuevo menú, ya que nos encantaría volver a repetir y deleitar tan buenos sabores.
Estuvimos ayer comiendo en familia y salimos encantados. Desde la recepción hasta la comida, pasando por el ambiente y servicio, se nota que ponen mimo y cuidado en todo lo que hacen. La cocina es espectacular! Encontrarás platos típicos pero con un toque diferente. Volveremos sin duda!
