I only rated this a \2\ because one of the two guys at the desk was helpful. Otherwise, would have given it a \1\. there were other tourists ahead of me and I waited while one guy at the desk looked up briefly and then chose to deliberately ignore me playing with his phone, while I stood there and waited. In fact, when I did speak to the other guy he asked why the other guy did not help me. I asked the lazy guy his name and he said \David\ (which is probably not his real name). He was short, light colored hair and eyes- very lazy, unhelpful, rude person. Tourism should not be where he is working.

Counter lady here today 10:00am is not so friendly lol. I just ask her how to connect my flight to Germany. I guess is their culture.

Información pésima. Para las personas que no viven en Madrid no sirve, nos han mandado a otros Puntos de Información Turística ya que no estaba abierto y los que nos mandaron también estaba cerrado. Las tarjetas turísticas están muy bien, pero no hay ningún tipo de información, ni nadie que te pueda ayudar y aconsejar. Experiencia desagradable.
