Carlos was awesome !!! We really got lucky we found him and im writing this review hoping more people will do so as well. Everything was amazing, Starting with the segway trip around town which was lots of fun and took us to all the nice places worth seeing. After finishing our obligation seeing all the “must see” places in Madrid with the segway, Which saved us a lot of time and Carlos was super knowledgeable and loves his city, We were off for a tour at local restaurants and bars. Obviously Carlos took us to all the local trendy places where true Spaniards are going, I will not mention names and leave it for you to find out. We finally went our separate ways after Seeing and tasting all the good places, Leaving with all the good tips we needed to continue our journey. I truelly recommend everybody to try this tour company, there are many options to all ages. Also i recommend trying to catch a soccer game if there is one while you are staying in Madrid.

We had an excellent morning as a family. We booked a tour for 10:30am, before it got too hot and as a family of 4 had a private tour of Madrid. What was especially good was having a child size Segway that our son could use. Really friendly and relaxed. If you are considering how to see Madrid, I would recommend this is far better than a bus or walking tour.
A fantastic trip around Madrid in the early evening arriving at the Egyptian Temple vantage point in time for sunset. Carlos was a great guide, especially thoughtful with regard to getting the children comfortable and taking the tour at a pace that suited them. At the end, once they had gained their confidence we had time for a final 10 minutes of fun in the plaza between the cathedral and the Palace. Thoroughly recommended.
Excellent tour and experience. Very detailed and great to see sights of Madrid that we didn’t even knew existed. The only thing we’d do differently next time would be to do this on our first day instead of the last because it wouldn’ve changed how we spent some of our time. If you want a great, personal tour then don’t look anywhere else
