I'm only giving a bad review because my laptop was handled very poorly. It was there for 7 days, and now it looks 7yrs old. This is very unprofessional. See the pictures. Those aren't stains, it's scratches. For English help, it's good considering it's in Madrid. They did their best to save my laptop. Just request for your laptop to be handled well.

I thought my laptop was hopeless, until this small and yet professional team saved my computer. I had water damage and could not get the system to turn on nor charge. I had it soaking in rice for over a day and still nothing. The day after I dropped it off, to my pleasant surprise, I was informed it had been repaired! Not only did they fix my water logged computer, but they didn't charge me much for it either. I am very very glad I went to PcService in Madrid, and I will certainly recommend it to everyone.
