One of the best things at Papay's is the comfort you feel while dining. The owners and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. To top it all, the "foods" tastes scrumptious. Best features are including "unli rice" and having karaoke, things that are very Filipino. So, if you want to have a taste of Filipino food, culture, and hospitality, Papay's is a place to be!
