I was there at the RLCS World Championship in 2019 and all in all it was great! On the first of the three days at was a bit cold inside but it was okay. The only thing that was very annoying is that we were not allowed to leave the Arena and coming back later. Nethertheless the best weekend ever!

My review is based on working inside this arena, not as a fan. It's old, hot, cramped and not really capable of running a modern show. The size and shape of the arena means centre stages are amazing but little else, it's capacity is great for passionate fans and attendees but as staff I'd brace yourself for a sub par experience.
Great big venue with excellent air con! There is a supermarket just outside for convenience. Very easy to get to via public transport. I had a very good experience
I was here for The Bay Strikes Back (Testament / Exodus / Death Angel). Unfortunately, the sound was really bad at this venue (Black Box?). I've seen these bands at plenty of other places where the sound was much more defined.
Can't bring your own snacks, only purchase at the venue. No hot beverages, venue is cold. Cold would not be an issue of there was hot drinks.
