I came to have my baby the helmet to correct the shape of his head, after the fitting they told me they'd call after a week to inform that the helmet is ready, but they did not called back and so I did, after 2 weeks the helmet was done, however, looking outside the helmet it was clear that it was not done so well, the upper part of the helmet was distorted and the hole for the baby's ears and face was awefully made. So we came home with that but my bab's ears was really affected and was folded so I called the next day to have the helmet adjusted, I made my self clear that I would have the appointment the day after I called at 11:30 but when I came there the lady who was not nice told me that I do not have the apointment and if I want the helmet to be done that day I should wait until 1pm. She was really rude and never apologized. Considering that I have the baby with me and it was not easy to go there back and forth just because they made a mistake and did not booked the appointment I reserved. I would recommend other people going to other orthopedics, not at orthopedia Juan Bravo. The service was bad and the attendant is ill-mannered. I paid 770 for the helmet but its not worth it, looking at the appearance of the helmet.

Es una pena que no haya mirado antes las opiniones de los anteriores clientes. Me hubiera ahorrado comprar en esta ortopedia. Coincido con todos los malos comentarios que he leído en este foro. Mala atención y muy caros sus productos. Pedí un complemento para elevar la taza del inodoro y me dan uno que no pedí y encima más caro y además que no se puede devolver, aunque sea sin usar. La cuestión es vender sea como sea. La urgencia y necesidad es mala compañera para las compras y me lo tuve que llevar. No pienso volver a pesar de tenerla cerca de casa. A toda la familia, amigos y compañeros ya les he dicho que pasen de largo de esta ortopedia y que se lo digan a todos que conozcan.

Mu buena ortopedia llevo muchos años como cliente atendido por ana sin niguna queja los materiales de primera calidad por este motivo pueden ser más caros qué en otras tiendas Utilizan la últimas tecnologías para todo Plantillas medias rodilleras corsés etc.... Del Hospital me indicaron comprar aquí un inmovilizador de columna. Producto adecuado y de calidad pero se aprovechan de la situación/ubicación con precios abusivos de ahí mi opinión negativa. Me dio por mirar en otras ortopedias y me sorprende que la he encontrado en varias a un precio un 70% mas económico. Increíble e indefendible.

Mi Doctor me recomendó esta ortopedia pero no vuelvo a comprar ahí, la atención fue pésima, no quería venderme una tobillera porque no tenía prescripción del doctor!!!! Y eso que llevaba fotos que el doctor me había mandado. La dependienta al final me vendió una tobillera q no era lo que yo le enseñe, y ella lo sabía. Se lo pregunte porque lo dudaba y me dijo que si era y no es. Y el precio es un robo. Lo dicho, no vuelvo

Compré online una faja para mi marido y le quedaba pequeña. Devuelta en plazo. No admiten devoluciones dicen por el covid pero no lo ponen en la página porque no venderían nadaaaa. La faja venía dentro de una caja sin bolsa ni precinto. Son prepotentes y maleducados. Así que avisados estáis. Es la primera vez que dejo un comentario así y lo hago para que nadie sea engañado como nosotros.
