I was visiting Madrid on vacation and I bought 7 pairs of shoes from this store. They packed the wrong pairs of shoes for me not just that alone gave me 2 right legs. I called them but the lady couldn't understand me. It's apparent that this is not the first time this is happening because I saw a shoe I wanted and they brought 2 left legs. Please I need an email I can right too. I'm all the way in Lagos Nigeria and I need to get my shoes.

New Balance new running shoes are the best I've ever tried in my whole life. It's such a shame I had to have such a terrible shopping experience on this shop. The shopping assistants seem to just don't give a damn to customers. After complaining to customer service the only answer was: lo siento. All in all, I might never shop New Balance again.
