O2 Centro Wellness is a very good city gym. It has all the necessary equipment with a helpful and friendly staff. There are a lot of additional services including trainers, a pool and sun terraces. This gym is not a gym for people looking for a hard core muscle gym, but it is an excellent high-end city wellness gym. If you are MD, you can get a discount.

Fantastic gym with all the equipment and classes you need to stay fit. Instructors are well prepared and open to help you and advice you. A big plus of this gym versus others is the swimming pool with for lines! Don't forget the spa area in case you have a hangover!

Terrible customer service to say the least. I had a really bad experience when I wanted to unsubscribe from their monthly plans. They said I had visited the gym two random days on a 30-day period and that was impossible since I was on a trip and out of the country that month. I also never attend on afternoons and it was showed like that on their system. I suggested their fingerprint recognition system could be wrong because it was impossible. They were nothing comprehensive or sympathetic and said it was impossible. In conclusion, their fingerprint system doesn’t work appropriately and I had to pay for a month that I didn't even assist. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this gym. I was also not given any alternative option to unsubscribe other than visiting the gym. No cellphone, email or mailing address was given to me in order to unsubscribe and I guess this is a business tactic which is sad as a customer.

Gym located in the Salamanca area, more specifically in plaza Manuel Becerra. With a swimming pool, free and machine weights area as well as an ample cardio area it is perfect for all gym goers. As well as having every type of class anyone could wish for.
