I came here for a change, just because the usual place where I get my lash extensions is a little far for me. The pricing here is definitely more expensive than other places, however, I decided I would give it a chance since it seemed like a good place with decent reviews! I ended up paying around 75/85 euros for my first session, and although the results weren't bad, they were very subtle, almost a little too subtle. Whatever. A couple days pass by, and I notice my extensions are falling out like crazy. By the start of week 2, I already had empty gaps in between my lashes. Not cute.. I contact them and they say they can't do anything for me because everyone's lashes fall out at a different pace, and that it is not their fault. Ok.... So I go for a refill after only maybe a week and 5-6 days. They refill them and they look OK, like I said, very subtle. I paid 55 for a refill and that's all I get? Additionally, when they were trying to remove some lashes, they literally just pulled my lashes out with the extensions rather than just removing the extensions. What????? Anyway, throughout the week I notice they're falling out again and by week 2, I have gaps in my lashes once AGAIN. At this point, I give up and go to my usual place, which never fails to impress me. When I get my lashes there, it lasts me 3-4 weeks. So no, it is not my lashes that is the problem, but the center's fault. I don't know if it's the glue they use, or the lashes they use, but something's not right. They charge way too much for a less than mediocre service. I recommend you take your money elsewhere.

If you want to get your lashes done, this is the best place in Madrid. They take good care of you and the quality is great.
