Typical old Madrid / Basque pinchos bar. I like to avoid sophisticated or franchise bars. Great service. Real professionals. You better go and ask for merluza pincho!

The best and juicy tortilla
A very nice tapas bar, it felt very authentic and non touristy which as something we were looking for. It's a small bar that serves tapas on bread, local tap beer and wine. Service was good despite the language barrier, but make it that more authentic. Good vibes, well hve to go back again and try more delicious tapas. Only downside is that they dont have little signs telling you what is in it. Doesnt have to be in english tho
Jurucha was amazing! It doesn't look great from the outside and it is very dated inside but for an excellent tourist free Spanish bar it was excellent! I didn't manage to get a seat but instead rested at the bar with the locals! There was a great variety of pintxos. The gambas was delicious and I recommend the tortilla! Would definitely go back :) What an experience. The staff were lovely too!
Great tapeo (boiled egg croquettes a must), but try to avoid peak times since there isn't much room
