As an international patient I would not recommend this clinic. It is a very small local clinic, unless you speak Spanish it is quite difficult to communicate and fully understand the details and impact of the treatment. The prices are similar to bigger and more renown clinics in Madrid, like IVI, where you get to be attended in perfect english, everything is explained in detail, with more modern facilities, perfect service quality and all test and results are shared by email. After trying both clinics and based on the results I have obtained, the quality of service and overall experience, I can not recommend this clinic.

I would not recommend IMF (or Easy FIV who are related to this clinic) Their communication is terrible, I am an International patient and we paid 500E for a translation fee on top of the price of their donor package, apart from the Dr nobody spoke a word of English so we were left confused about what was happening, we ended up with 1 average and 1 poor quality day 3 embryo which failed to implant, they didn't tell us to have a full bladder prior to transfer, so had to endure that twice, we were told the quality of sperm was to blame, rather than look at their own egg quality or lab processes, terrible to blame the client rather than the clinic, this was the last chance to complete our family and they have benefited from our thousands of pounds and we were left with nothing. Will make an official complaint via the ISO 9001 channels. AVOID and spend your money elsewhere.

Con el tiempo transcurrido te das a cuenta que el Doctor Galera puso interés mínimo en nosotros. Nos pautó un tratamiento estándar sin hacer analíticas de control durante el proceso. Tratamiento y medicación estándar sin un mínimo interés ni control ni estudio para personalizar y adecuar el tratamiento al caso en particular. El trato del personal de la clínica intachable, a excepción por supuesto del Doctor Galera.

Gracias a la doctora Enriqueta Garijo y a todo el equipo de la clínica. Siempre han sido profesionales, honestos y han respondido cada duda. No tengo ninguna queja, siendo un tema delicado y muy personal. Totalmente recomendable.

Estuvimos allí y quedaron en darnos al día siguiente un presupuesto de unas pruebas.Dos días después nadie nos ha contactado y cuando he llamado me indica que ya se han ido las enfermeras y que llame yo el lunes. No se han molestado en decir,no se preocupe que le llamamos nosotros. Una falta de atención total,poco profesionalidad y sensibilidad cero.

Una verdadera decepción!!! La doctora comparó a las personas que no pueden tener hijos... como un cancer que hay que curar! No se puede creer que esa sea la forma de comunicar el tratamiento a personas que van con toda la ilusión de buscar un bebé.
