The front desk is very polite and friendly (9/10). Locations was superb. Only less than 5 minutes walk (slow pace) to Sol metro station. Surrounded by many convenience store and most importantly many restaurant and cafes. Only downside is this street has many bars. On weekends you can hear the music till 4am. Room is very small. The bath cubicle is so small that anyone fat cant even turn. Hotel is very old but not too bad for the price I paid. No complaints. Want better get a 5 stars and pay premium. Else here would be an ideal choice for budget traveller.

A lot of negative reviews will concentrate on the small size of the rooms which to us wasn't really an issue, other than the shower which if you are much larger than I am, it'll be a claustrophobic experience. Our main gripe is that although the sound from outside is dealt with perfectly -we couldn't hear a thing- inside is a different issue altogether. Any noise from the corridor is so easily heard and we were woken up at 2 in the morning by I don't know what and then again in the early morning by someone whistling. Also the bathroom sliding door was ridiculously squeaky and closed poorly. My partners shower went cold and the clip that held the shower head in place could not support the weight of it so she had to keep supporting it, I was fortunate enough that I used a screwdriver I keep on me to tighten the clip. The rooms use cards as keys for the room which they know are unreliable hence they give you multiple of them, still it's annoying that you have to alternate through the cards untill you find a working one.

Hotel che hotel non si può chiamare. Se pensi di poter dormire sognalo perché sopratutto il fine settimana c’è la discoteca sotto che suona fino al mattino e dopo che finisce cioè le 6 del mattino incominciano le ragazze della reception che una smonta e le altre iniziano il turno e chiacchierano a voce alta anche fino alle 8. E anche se le rimproveri il giorno dopo lo fanno di nuovo!! Sporco e la porta del bagno non ha serratura quindi se si ha bisogno di andare al bagno mentre c’è qualcuno in camera con te deve subire gli odori. I muri non sono per nulla insonorizzati senti i vicini di stanza e tutto quello che succede intorno alla stanza.
Debíamos alojarnos durante el mes de mayo. A causa del estado de alarma en el que los hoteles estaban cerrados y no se podía viajar, cancelamos la reserva. Se niegan a devolver el dinero.
