Now a days its so difficult to find such great customer service but i sure did find it here. The owner was a very nice and educated individual as well as her employees. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in Madrid

Expensive, for what you get. Very small room, not very clean, and extremely noisy at night. Stayed here for two nights, and couldn't sleep a bit. Location is very good.
It's Clean and the location is convinient. but the heating system really got on our nerves. It's only on for a couple of hours during the evening and then it's turned off again. Which is cruel considering it's the middle of January and we were freezing most of our stay there.
Nice place, nice price. Shared bathrooms but not really any problem.
For me this is a really nice one star Hostel, the rooms have a lot of space and the quality of the mattresses is good. A lot of restaurants near by to decide and is also centric
Absolutely awful place. We had to leave after a few hours because it was dirty, excessively noisy. The owners do not care. I requested a quieter room and the owner lady got abusive towards me. Please take my advice and avoid this hell hole. I cannot stress enough how terrible this place is. Reminiscent of a 3rd world country
Very, very basic for the price. Noisy and nothing in the room at all.
