This is my first gym visit in Madrid and I loved it! Actually not sure of it’s this branch haha if not we apologise in advance but from other pictures people posted, seems like where we went. My husband used to live in Madrid and he recommended to stay near this gym as it’s his favourite. At first, we were looking for Virgin Active but we later realised it was already closed. Location: it’s a walking distance from the hotel we stay so it’s convenient. But if you come from other places you might need a car. Facilities: the place is pretty grand! They have everything- lots of dumbbells in different weights from super light to super heavy that I would never lift haha. They have a lot of cardio machines like treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, etc. They also have a boxing area. They have showers and everything. I mean it’s convenient. Staffs: We didn’t see many staffs but all we saw were friendly. Price: We were there only a week, we bought a weekly pass. We don’t remember how much it cost...guess somewhat around 7/ day for a weekly pass. The downside is that it’s hot...no air conditioners. Normally the gyms we go have AC...they open the doors and have fans but well...we were sweating like crazy haha but guess it’s how you get motivated. The atmosphere is great. We saw many people who were really fit and strong- it really gave us a kick to work out more! Overall, love it! Will visit again whenever we’re back in Madrid. #gymtravellers #travel #fit #fitness

Staff could be more informative the first day. I was not told that I could try one day for free. I was not informed that they had the possibility of paying for a few days only. This information would have been a plus to know it from the first day.

Pros: Amplio y con buenas máquinas sobre todo en horas que no son horas puntas o fines de semana se está muy bien. Cosas a mejorar: En general bien aunque algún monitor debería mejorar su trato con los clientes, empezando por saludar cuando entras o te vas, la educación siempre debe ir primero. Estaría bien que se incluyera algún tipo de arte marcial a parte del boxeo que actualmente tienen

El gimnasio es grande, tanto que cuando ponen el aire acondicionado apenas se nota, en sala. En las clases esta demasiado alto, no hay término medio. Falta material y máquinas, casi siempre te toca esperar. En mi opinión, espacio muy mal aprovechado. Ahora mismo, con el tema de COVID está bastante bien gestionado.

Monitores bastantes desagradables al menos en horario de tarde, parece que les debes la vida ni saludan a la entrada ni a la salida, solo son agradables a quienes hacen entrenamientos personales, señores si no valen para trabajar de cara al publico, dediquense a ser youtubers,asi no aguantan a nadie, porque hay gente agradable que no merecemos ese trato ni esas contestaciones, les hacen un flaco favor a sus jefes, el gimnasio perdio bastante desde su inaguración. Gran equipo el que habia antes. Respecto al gimnasio relación calidad precio esta bien si coges la cuota anual, mes a mes es caro para el equipamiento y maquinas que hay. Mi recomendación, una auditoria al personal, que es uno de los pilares mas fuertes en un negocio.
