Ficasa was very helpful and efficient. Being a student who is familiar neither with the language nor the city, I was provided with good transparent guidance and support. I got an apartment with Milena's help. She is wonderful, kind and she genuinely have me all the information I needed. My contract required her to coordinate with multiple people and she did it very efficiently. I am really grateful.

I have had a fabulous experience dealing with Ficasa. As an expat, renting an apartment is never easy in Madrid, but the Ficasa team was really helpful and supportive each step of the way. Located in the very center of Madrid, they have a very professional and responsive team, especially Milena - if you have her handling your deal, rest assured that she will take care of all your concerns and needs. In my case, I needed a couple of clauses modified in the rental contract, and my experience has been that real estate agents try to protect only the landlords' interest, but not here - Milena got all the modifications done in a very fair and transparent way. Highly recommended!

Nuestra experiencia con FICASA no a podido ser mejor, ellos se encargaron de todo para el alquiler de nuestro piso nos facilitaron desde el proyecto de eficiencia energética, fotografías, publicación de anuncios etc y buscarnos unos inquilinos con el perfil que les pedimos Grandes conocedores de la zona Sin duda si nos hiciera falta de nuevo contaríamos con ellos por su gran profesionalidad y eficacia muchas gracias a Milena y Asier por facilitarnos tanto todo.

Llevo una semana intentando contactar con ellos para el alquiler de un piso. No responden llamadas ni mails. Entiendo que tengáis mucho trabajo, pero al menos responded a los correos o quitad de idealista los pisos que ya estén alquilados o no admitan más peticiones.
