The apartment is great: it is beautiful, clean, and pretty new. It is right next to the subway station which is very convenient. The staff was very professional and helpful. They recommended me many good restaurants and places to visit. I had a wonderful stay here. Very recommended!

Worst stay in our lifetime. The apartment is disgustingly filthy, walls and floor have marks, stains and grease all over. Sheets on 2 of the beds were stained. Took us 2 hours to clean the apartment sufficient enough to stay in. Homeless people fighting on the street below most days (punchups and screaming). 4 flights of stairs (58 very steep steps with no elevator) not mentioned in the listing. Turn on 2 appliances and the entire apartment's electricity shorts. The owner blames us for breaking the couch and refused to return the 150eu deposit. Extremely rude, inexperienced and arrogant owner who couldn't case less about the state of the apartment but loves taking your money. We would rather stay in a park than this apartment again.
Excellent apartment, a very good stay in Madrid.
Ótimo custo benefício. Fiquei hospedado no Diva 2. Fica no 4 andar e não tem elevador. Moradia com ótimo preço, ótima calefação. Tem um bom chuveiro. Tem armários para arrumação. Boa localização, perto de metro , restaurante e supermercado. O apartamento tem um bom espaço interno.
