Warm, kind customer service, and almost immediate results with botox (in comparison to the US). I love that she offers botox revision after 2 weeks, and the effects last a long time. I am always happy with the results. Both the doctor and her husband are very kind and accommodating and they are very patient with me, as spanish is my second language.

They are both, extremely kind and professional. I am really happy with the results and they had never tried to encourage me to do any other treatment if I don’t need it. Not like in other places where I’ve been told I need several things to fix. I also think prices are fair. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Yo lo siento por la doctora pero me han atendido fatal por teléfono. Sin ver mi cara ni valorarme me han descartado para una consulta, respondiendo bastante mal a mis preguntas. Yo solo quería ver a la doctora para determinar si realmente soy candidata al tratamiento. Cómo una persona que atiende el teléfono puede decirme que no lo soy? Entiendo que estén colapsados como me dice el señor, pero ni siquiera me dieron la opción a enviar fotos y así ver. Estaba casi segura a ir a la clínica a realizar el tratamiento pero ahora buscaré otro lugar. Lo siento por la doctora, por eso agregué otra estrella.

He salido encantada de la consulta, tanto por el trato y profesionalidad de la Dra. Barranco, como por el de la persona que te atiende por teléfono y te recibe en la consulta, no entiendo las críticas que hay en otras reseñas hacia él, es un señor muy amable, que te explica todo estupendamente. Clínica más que recomendable.
