I made a wire transfer from that office to a family member when I was in VACATION time in madrid. The agent made a mistake she in put the last name of my family member as a second first name. She was not allowed to receive the money because her name did not correspondence with the name of wire transfer. I got in touch with the travel agency and I have to fly from USA to Madrid in person to fix the problem in the same agency. I live in USA . Does that make any sense? I was not allow to send a notarized document.
He ido varias veces cuando estaba por el centro a cambiar dinero para mis viajes y siempre me han atendido bastante rápido. Además te informan muy bien de los precios de la moneda y cómo proceder si a la vuelta del viaje te ha sobrado dinero. Lo recomiendo.
