Very bad company, we took Toledo half day tour , the bus scheduled to leave at 9:00 am from Neptuno but we left at 9:30 , many tourists decided to get a refund and lost the tour. Very little guides speaks good English. Schedule time back to Madrid was 13:15 but we left later than that time. I don’t recommend this company unless you want to lose your time and they drop us very far from Neptuno point, manners and behaviors of drivers below standard.

Positive: good guy at kiosk selling the tickets was very polite, cheaper than red buses but the same additional value Negative: 1,5 hour delay against original timeschedule

Horrible!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! I bought 3 tickets to go on sightseeing with my wife and son. Got to the Plaza Espana where they said they take off from, no sign of them. Call a number on the ticket and was told that the last bus departed at 3:45 and suggested I either change the ticket to the next day or ask for a refund. I asked what time the last bus departs for the next day and he said 3:45pm. The website says the buses depart every hour until 7:10pm; the email conveying the tickets said the same, the ticket says the same and an email I received from an agent when I complained about an issue earlier said the same. We were very disappointed because we wanted to get on the last bus which the website said would end at 7:10pm so we could see the Christmas lights. I have asked for a refund but no one is responding to my emails. I feel very cheated and I don't think this company is a serious one. This is a very horrible experience for me!

To be avoided at all measures. “Toledo 1/2 day” After having departed half an hour late from Plaza de España, à guide informed us in the bus that a lot of attractions would be closed because of a religious festivity in Toledo. Something, of which we had not been informed when buying the tickets. On arrival, we waited another 30 min for a second bus to arrive, while being told it was a break for going to the toilet - in a fancy hotel, where entry was only allowed if we bought something in their cafe. Starting the tour, half in quickly spoken Spanish, half in almost incomprehensible English, we quickly realized that the information on the 4 places of interest along the route was more or less what one could read in a guide. All of which we only saw from the outside. In the middle of the, “1,5 hour guided tour” we made another toilet break. This time “only” 15 minutes. When finishing the tour, we were reminded that in 25 min (at 13.00) we had to meet at the bus to go back to Madrid. Meaning returning straight away. Although when buying the tickets we were told we had 2 hours of spare time to visit the rest of the city.

Went on a day trip to Toledo and we were very sceptical leading into the tour after reading the reviews. Therefore, we were pleasantly surprised to see the bus leave on time and there being seperte guides for Spanish and English, rather than one person interchanging between the two. The guide was fantastic, she blended insightful information of this great city's history and some funny comments regarding it as well. She was a resident of the city and therefore explained things very well. The only minus was the disorganization when leaving Toledo. There were two buses due to leave, stopping at different locations in Madrid, but they weren't on time and the guides didn't have an idea when they were coming. In the end people who just wanted to get to Madrid after a long day of walking ended up going on the bus that came first, wherever it was going. The ending panoramic view of the city was wonderful as well. Overall a great experience of a great city.
