I think the best brand of wireless headphones is the bose company, a lot of good use, a lot of comfort is available, everything is better than sitting together.

It's a very bad experience, I brought my bose earbuds from this branch. There is problem in the volume it's very low. I back to them they said you should send an email and wait that all you can do. It's a very bad and terrible service.

This guy can't be bothered to pick up the phone to contact their service centre to find out if they have the headphone pads I am after. Instead, he just gives me the address and phone number in a piece of paper. Back from the service shop now. They do not have the pads, they have to be ordered, though the guy at the Bose shop assured me they would have them. Service man not happy with you, stop telling customers that he has any parts at his shop. If I could give you zero stars I would

I love Bose products. But the customer service of this store can change your mind about buying them anymore. I've been buying Bose products for many years now, and one of the reasons, besides its quality, that makes me be loyal to them, is the amazing customer service they provide in the United States, and the guarantee, that no matter what happens to the product, their 100% behind it. Now, my sibilings live in Spain, and I have bought Bose headphones for them. And it has been twice already that they had to go to the store for some minor issue, or a simple replacement within the guarantee period, and this store only creates obstacles for them, and try to evade any responsabity. Something that here would be unheard of. Absolutely not the experience Bose offers you in the US. So if you like this brand, but you need to have to deal with this store,, I would have to say that maybe you should buy something else.

Me paso lo mismo que Carmen, pedi un repuesto de auriculares y casualidad que el codigo de barras de la bolsa es de AlliExpres... ¿se piensan que el cliente no mira y re mira las cosas.... En fin!!!
