Not only this place is an authentic Italian the staff working there are awesome. Cecilia who works there is fantastic and very nice. She can speak English, Italian and is fluent in Spanish. She's unfortunately leaving this venue to pursue her travels across South America and Africa so good luck Cecilia. I had the pistachio and tiramisu gelato and it was super yum. They also sell different kinds of panettone. The coffee is great too. I'll leave you with the photos.

Last time we were in Madrid we called in at this coffee shop and what a fantastic decision it was. The coffee is fantastic. There are plenty of seats both inside and outside. The place and atmosphere is very chilled and you immediately feel totally relaxed. The staff and service is five This is definately a place worth visiting when you are in Madrid.
Icy, flavorless “gelato.” Did not live up to our expectations and we were told that crepes were unavailable at the time, which may have been a better choice. Would recommend going elsewhere if you are an ice cream aficionado to any extent.
The crepe was good but the guy who served us was super arrogant, rude and answers from his nose. After he left, the guy that started the following shift was in a hurry to go out for cigarette before anything else! I must say if they are not the owners then the owner has made a huge mistake hiring them!
There were a lot of the various flavors icecream...:)
My love of icecream lead me here and i wasn't disappointed.️
Great service.
