Poor and confusing signage. Long lines

Never received contract from them via email. Now just found out that they charged me more than double of what i was asking for while i was returning the car at Madrid airport. While dealing with personnel Juan, a bold guy (another staff) started screaming at me and started physically coming at me that i have to leave. This was during a time time i was waiting for the other person to print out the documents for me about the issue with the calculation. I started feeling threatened and verbally told him to calm down as i am not comfortable. He kept shouting and was close to me. When i asked to call security the staff did not even assist. At the end Juan apologised for his behaviour. Never experienced anything like. Never again that’s for sure. Definitely will take this further as they have it on the camera. Still can’t believe it!

Trabajo para la empresa... el ambiente laboral me parece muy bueno
Asqueroso. Cada ciertos días empieza a sonar una alarma en mitad de la noche y es AS QUE RO SO. Ahora mismo son las 6 de la mañana, y lleva media hora sonando. Personal horrible. Negligencia pura.
Cuidado si vives cerca. En al menos 3 ocasiones auténticas competiciones. En una de ellas se trataba de una carrera de tres vehículos de esta empresa, uno de de ellos una furgoneta grande... incluidos derrapes en las rotondas. Luego de risitas en la puerta de entrada. Incomprensible comportamiento temerario y una imagen horrible para esta empresa. Vergonzoso.
Atencion lenta
Ultimamente con la nueva empresa auxiliar de avis los coches vienen muy sucios , con ceniza en la palanca de cambios, y la entrega es muy lenta.
