Terrible service. I was on vacation in Spain and my camera broke. These guys are the only Panasonic repair shop in Spain so I went to Madrird to get my camera repaired. They told me they would send me an assessment of damage with a quote in a couple of days. More than a week later I received this. I declined the repair work because, by this point, I was a few days away from leaving Spain. I went back to Madrid to to pick up my camera only to be told that, though the shop was open, all of their repair people had decided to take an extra long (4-day) weekend and had left my camera in pieces such that it could not be returned to me. I had to wait around till the end of the weekend when they would return ('maybe') and put it back together to be returned to me. Now, back in Canada, I'm attempting to have it repaired again and the repair person has determined that a part on the inside of the camera has been broken - something that could not have been broken from normal (external) usage...meaning that Aspal broke a piece inside the camera before they put it back together, didn't tell me about it, and still charged me for their effort in taking it apart ot make their assessment! Also note that they do not speak English and will just refuse to answer any communications in English. I had to get a Spanish speaking friend to repeatedly call and email them for me.

En mi vida he tenido una experiencia tan nefasta en un servicio técnico como en Aspal. Me atendieron fatal, en particular, cuando regresé porque habían hecho fatal su trabajo, habiéndome cobrado ya. Encima se enfadaron conmigo..., haciéndose los ofendidos, chuleándome, con agresividad, a gritos y sin solucionarme el problema. Al final tuve que ir a otro servicio técnico, dando por perdido el dinero. Ustedes mismos....
Mal servicio y mala educacion. Se aprovechan de la ignorancia del cliente para cobrarte por todo lo que bien se les ocurre sin avisarte previamente. No recomiendo este servicio tecnico en absoluto.
Necesito que me revisen una cámara que " arreglaron " y parece ser que esta cerrado por vacaciones desde hace mas de un mes y los teléfonos no están operativos. Alguien sabe algo?

fuí referido por el servicio técnico de LG, me resolvieron el problema rápidamente
La reparación, volvió a fallar a los dos meses y medio. Caduca la garantía en 3 meses y están cerrados.
