Passengers requiring passport verification should be called up before boarding begins. Unfortunately today that didn’t happen because KLM didn’t staff their gate until boarding time. Then they proceeded with boarding as usual and had everyone requiring passport verification to wait at the entrance to the gate clogging it in the process. To add insult to injury they had everyone pulled aside verify their bag size was compliant which appeared borderline discriminatory since passport verification only happens with non-EU passports. They left on time so at least they did that.
I travel a lot and Air France has just made the list for the worst airline I have ever used. Horrible customer service. Misleading polices. Spend the extra euros to travel on a proper airline.
Great experience so far. No delays, comfortable seats, polite crew.
Horrible with baggage lost in France! I had two suitcases that were supposed to arrive to Madrid through a connected flight in France. Both baggage’s didn’t make it to Madrid...
No complaints. Enjoyed my flight.
