Such a disaster. I don't know if the airline staff or the airport staff but you should see the check-in organisation... It's a complete mess. And AurEuropa staff really make you understand that they don't like working. You have the self check-in line, that is in front of the exit of the other line (flow of passager very well design..), no real line, and it take sooo long, even if passager already have boarding pass and tags on the luggage! Crazy! Such a same for AirEuropa.

I was in business class, with medical issues which required me to mostly have to be transported on a wheelchair. On the connection in Madrid I was forced to wait almost two hours until someone bothered to come take me to the lounge, which of course I barely had time to enjoy by then. The tray on the first flight was broken, and the flight attendants forgot to serve me the main course and desert, while confusing my drinks twice. On the second flight the crew was just unpleasant. Tried to send a complaint on their website, and I kept getting errors. I do not recommend, especially not business class. Not worth the money. Two stars and not one only because it was comfortable.
The worst airline I have every traveled with. They canceled our flight 2 times already, making us take our luggage out of the airport. Huge hustle every time. I promise to myself never to travel with this cheap airline in my life again. Connecting flights from Amsterdam to Santo Domingo don't event provide you with water. Pilot and flight information almost non existent especially regarding connecting flights. Avoid the airline if you can!
30 minutes before boarding the departure gate was undefined (maybe not their fault)... The plane kinda old and uncomfortable. Well, it's a low-cost airline after all (four stars only because I reached my destination)
