My experience with AIL was excellent. The teachers are professional and caring, with high standards and genuine talent for teaching Spanish. Teachers use a variety of teaching methods that are interesting and engaging. I worked hard and it was worth every minute in class. I will be back this summer for more instruction in person.

Super happy! Choosing the right language school is an important decision which has the potential to affect your learning and daily life experience for the better or worse. I started learning in the Intensivo course in October at Level A1, I am now taking classes for Level B1 and I am so pleased with my Spanish level. I highly recommend learning at AIL Madrid, the school is in a lovely building, the staff are so friendly and I ENJOY studying. The classes are interactive and comprise of audio listenings, reading activities, discussion, games and writing exercises - all perfect to help you excel in Spanish!

I have just finished studying for 4 months in AIL Madrid and will be back for another two weeks in April. I would thoroughly recommend this school - The location is excellent and easy to get to and the quality of the classrooms is great too. I had several teachers and would recommend them all for being professional, fun and innovative in some of their learning activities (and also for being willing to help outside the classes via social media). I also want to say that the support staff are excellent too as they are all approachable and extremely helpful! What I also loved about the school was that they organised activities each day and a fiesta on Fridays - This was a great chance to meet other students, teachers and to get to know Madrid (which I love). This is especially good if you are in Madrid for a short period of time. I also booked my accommodation through AIL and I thought it a fair price, although others seem to think it was a tad expensive. I guess it depends on what you get and where you are used to living, but I got a nice big room in a reasonably sized flat and will be asking for the same room/place again. All in all I had an amazing time in Madrid and with AIL. So much so that I would definitely think about moving to Madrid permanently! I would definitely recommend going to AIL and there is no higher proof of this than me saying that I am going back! ¡Hasta pronto AIL y Madrid!

I attended AIL Madrid last year for four weeks to get an introduction in Spanish and liked it so much I made plans to return in 2020 for further study. Unfortunately due to COVID I had to cancel my plans. Fortunately AIL is offering amazing classes through Zoom. I can attend these classes from anywhere and it is very convention to take them sitting in my living room. The quality of the teachers is excellent. They are all very well trained in the technology and they use it very effectively. In some respects it is better than in person classes as the teachers typically send copies of the blackboard at the end of each session. This makes note taking easier. AIL also offers virtual cultural sessions such as museums visits etc. They are good but of course not as good as an actual visit. I have been taking classes consistently during this pandemic and my Spanish has improved significantly. Eventually I will go for an in person visit but by that time it will likely be for advanced classes.

It was a great experience joining AIL Madrid for a Spanish Course. Though it was only one week for me, but I attended the Total Immersion course which was a 6 hour course full of diverse material and cultural exchange. The teachers are really attentive and knowledgeable, and the administrative staff is quite helpful and friendly. Totally recommended!
