I bet on a European company like 24Genetics because it is very important to me that they do not share my genetic data with insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies or any other company. It was a good decision. Unbeatable attention and very interesting tests. As for the ancestor test, it is the most accurate. I have been comparing it with friends who have also tried other companies and they say it is the test that comes closest to their research. The only thing they are missing is an application to help you find relatives. I hope they work on it because it would position them as one of the best in genetic testing globally. I had doubts as to whether I would have a satisfactory experience, but I did and that's why I want to share it.

Taking advantage of my trip to Madrid on my visit to Europe, I decided to call their offices directly to ask if they could assist me there and do the tests. They were very kind and explained to me what each report consisted of and I took the sample there. The next month they sent me the results and I was so surprised that I decided to give it to my sister who lives in London. Her experience was also very rewarding. She has just received her results and is very excited. I think it is a serious company and their employees are very kind and correct. Highly recommended!

Actualización: Recibidos los resultados, hay cosas que aciertan como tipo de piel, ancestros etc, pero en cosas más específicas, como por ejemplo una patología de origen genético, que tenemos la mitad de mi familia, no aparece en los resultados; por lo que la capacidad predictiva de los informes es limitada ya que indican \tendencias\ genéticas. Lo recomendaría si el precio no te supone mucho y como curiosidad, más que como una inversión seria en salud. _____________________________________________________________ Llevo esperando los resultados dos meses y me dicen que van a mandarlos dentro de poco a analizar. Lo cual me da entender que la muestra lleva por lo menos 60 días (en el mejor de los casos) en una nevera, con la consiguiente degradación. Dado que no tengo manera alguna de saber si los resultados que te envían son una invención o reales, a la vista del proceso, ahora mismo no tengo mucha fé en el servicio y no volvería a comprarlo la verdad.
