Worse customer service that I have ever seen, the agent casually hung up on me while I was asking him some information about my flight before departure. Wow, way to go Luftansa! All your agents sound depressed tho is it too hard to cheer up for a bit when talking with customers? What a disgrace!!!

This is ridiculous, waited in line for hours to get checked in, I will never fly Lufthansa ever!!!! Oh and google won’t let you add pictures having option „add photos „ I feel like I am back in 80’s behind “iron curtain” again!!!

Complete garbage took me 26 hours in total to get me from Barcelona to florence. Bought my ticket at the airport and refused to change my ticket when it was obvious it was impossible to make you connection due to delay. Please stay away from this terrible organization.

Hola. Llevo desde Octubre 2019 con una reclamación. Me indicaron telefónicamente que me devolverían el dinero de unos billetes que reservé a través de Last Minute. Según me indicaron escribí a Last Minute y me devolvió una parte. El resto me lo iban a dar ellos, cuando llegué al aeropuerto no habían cambiado la reserva según me indicaron y tuve que pagar otros billetes. Junio 2020, sigo esperando. Un poco indignante, atención al cliente low cost.
