Addicted to this spin studio. Doesn’t feel like you are working out but more like you are going out dancing! My husband hates indoor cycling and group fitness classes because he prefers the outdoors and mountain biking instead. Somehow the amazing spin instructors (Alvaro and Agus) have convinced him to come weekly. You must try it at least once!
