Special pizzas. The chef has a science based approach to making the pizza dough, using organic flowers, traditional fermentation processes and trying ou combinations. There are 3 doughs you can try, which are all great for gluten intolerant people, because of how long the doughs stay under fermentation (breaking down the gluten molecules). This place is a gem. Only great ingredients used.

Very good food, made with fresh quality products and with care. They bake the bread every day, and even make the dough of the pasta dishes (not all of them, so if you care, ask before). I came here a few times since I had to experience the tast of different dishes. The staff always smiling, very generous and welcoming. Exceptional place! If you appreciate Italian food, this a place is not to miss.

The best pizza in the Canary islands. Fresh quality ingredients. A pizza oven. Well made pasta. Taste is like in Tuscany. Service is straight forward, simple and polite. The menu is short, but you will find something easily if you like pizza or pasta. Wines are great, beer is cold, prices are reasonable etc. I had Pasta all'amatriciana, kids had pizza Margarita. Both were perfect. I'm sure even Gordon Ramsay would like the taste and quality of the food here. In the busy hours there's no free seats unfortunately. I see a lot of Italians eating here.
