The focus on client service is more like a 5 star hotel than a car dealership. This really makes a difference for us when thinking about what car to buy. Ownership of a car includes service, repair and other reasons to visit the dealer. Lexus make the experience so easy and pleasant it’s incredible. I almost feel I need to put some smart clothes on to go there. For me this makes a difference when thinking about what car to buy. I have had Mercedes cars but Lexus altogether provide a better customer proposition

Worst Lexus ever!!!! All looks pretty, the reception, the coffee... But truly they do a bad job with the mechanics. They promised me a courtesy car.... And finally had none!! I felt robed! The car has been 3.5 MONTHS, YES... You read it right, stalled at the Lexus garage because of the incompetence of the technical manager. Not even capable of taking charge of coding the wireless key! Best thing happen to us is that the car was sent to Lexus Barajas. Fly away from any repair or maintenance here!!! I am an absolutely unhappy customer and will never came back here.
