It is a "compact" version, meaning it's a small LM and you will only find the basic stuff. Can be a bit frustrating as a pro for finding out of the box solutions. Some departments should be downsized in favor of others, it's becoming a cheap decoration shop instead of a proper tools and materials shop.

Great DIY shop..

Nice store with other shops around as well. Stock can be limited as it is a compact store.

I found the items were not displayed very well and I found it difficult to find things. I wanted some chipboard cut to size but there was no one at the machine area. There was no notice telling you what to do and it took me ages to get someone to cut the board for me. Having found a young man he was very helpful and did the work very quickly. I did not have a Measure with me and I found that the chipboard sizes were displayed at the top of the two metre boards where I could not read them. After all the money that has been spent I don’t believe that the Leroy Merlin store is any better than the old Aki store. I was looking for some handrails for my stairs but simply could not find them. I looked on Amazon and found many choices well displayed. If physical stores do not get their act together no wonder they are being ruined by the Internet.

The worst service ever! If you have spend thousands of euro’s at this store don’t expect any logical or reasonable service. You buy a 400,- Euro tap, it breaks within a few months. No ‘disculpa’ for the inconvenience or the travel costs, the wasted time, nor the plumber we now have to hire 3 times instead of one. No solution whatsoever. Just lies and inefficiency. Andalusia at it’s worst. You don’t treat returning clients like this. What education did these people have? The worst Jefes I encountered in Spain. Amateurs sin respecto. I’d rather drive to Granada or Malaga then to return here. They just laugh in your face. They‘ve lost a very valuable client with a great network. Their loss. This story doesn’t end here.
