DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE OR TO BE DELIVERED TO YOU. These people do not know the meaning of customer services. I speak portuguese, english and basic spanish, today someone called me about my delivery and when i didn't understand something she said, SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN ON ME!!! Awful, disgusting, unprofessional service. They refuse to speak any other language than spanish. They are an international company!! And i was speaking spanish anyway!! I was due to buy a new kitchen and other items, I WILL NOT ANYMORE!! Shocking treatment of non-spanish speakers. DISGUSTING. SHAME ON YOU LEROY MERLIN BADAJOZ!

For a international Company that only speaks Spanish is bad for buissenes.Lots of people come from Portugal and People that live in Spain and Portugal and they talk English.There is more than one nationality in the both countries.Thats wy i m in portugal.people trying to help you With the Portugees language.In the shop at the borders of Spain and Portugal the staff from Leroy Merlin understand English but refuse to try to speak English.So i can and Will not by anymore there.This Leroy Merlin is a big 0.

Awful customer service experience Be advised, do NOT order anything online or from the store. From any leroys in Spain. 4 complaint emails to store and one to head office and NO reply at all.

UPDATE 2020: Something changed in the company and customer service and after sales service are now non existing. So when you might need those (e.g. ordering online or ordering in the shop) think twice before you buy at LR. When you run into a problem LR won't answer your calls, emails, tweets etc. Even complaints do not get any reaction at all. Large DIY supermarket. Everything from lighting to curtains, bathrooms, heating, wood, swimming pools and tools. Large choice (e.g. not just one tap but several to choose from). Large stock as well. Want six of the same? No problem. So not the cheapest shop but no disappointments. They deliver large items to your home in Spain and Portugal (fee). Staff almost only Spanish speaking and in general not very customer orientated. So take a picture of what you want with you. Small cafetaria. Special area for small children with supervision. Large parking. Parking and entrance wheelchair friendly.
