Lele is the best yoga instructor that you could ever find I'm very beginner in yoga, and during our sessions she's always made me feel confortable with where I'm at, and kindly guided me through movement and poses, in a way that feels natural to me. I also love that despite her kind approach, she challenges her students to overcome their limits, and provides multiple options for different levels. Lele has the warmest voice and she pays close attention to our progress, making us all feel included and loved. After yoga with Lele I always feel peaceful and super proud of myself. She's the best!!!
