I was waiting for 40 minutes to order something to drink and no waiter came, so I tried to order and carry the drink by myself , but the people of the staff told me to wait until some waiter take my order. But no one came.

Update • 20 min for a tea (the waiter has no shame after asking why, saying it is normal). No need for further explanation. Downgrade 1 star :/ In few words • Come here for tea and a quick bite. The sandwiches are quite good. Price average to high. Service slooooow. Cozy place inside. I came here many times. And now is quite horrible if you are hungry or in a hurry. They will just forget you there or be very slow at preparing your food. The tip is to just come during cold days, when the terrace is empty and preferably a little earlier than rush hours. The food is good, but the price tends to be a little higher, worsening the overall quality of the food. There is antoher Laurel near Plaza Aragón, more centric. Go there if you can choose between those two.
