It's not my first time ordering from this website and they have always been exceptional. However, this time I placed an order on November 30th and 5 days later they didn't even start preparing it. I tried to contact them via phone, unsuccessfully. I emailed them and no reply. I am traveling on December 13th and will be away until February. I don't know if my order will be delivered before I leave or not, as there won't be anyone afterwards to accept it. I wish customer support would reply to my email so we can arrange a solution. I placed a really big order and now I don't have material to finish my work!

Great selection. My order arrived in a super cute box! I hope to be able to visit their store in person one day soon.
They have everything you could need for your crafting, knitting and sewing needs, including a great fabric selection. They don't speak English but they went and got a girl (Laura) from the office who does (I didn't expect or request this) though I was grateful. She was very helpful and friendly. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because the majority of items in the shop don't have a price on. I just don't like that in any shop. Despite this, I will definitely be returning.
