What a difference a year makes. We have been trying to get fibre-optic installed for the last 2 years and no luck. This time the very competent Antonia sorted it all out. She spoke to the engineer and showed him exactly where to connect the cables from. This had previously been a problem. Brilliant offer at the moment too and the internet is now fast.... happy customers.
I went in and saw Antonia about purchasing fibre broadband. She was very helpful and helped me complete the application. Between her little English and my Spanish things went very well. I now have fibre broadband to replace WiMAX which is not good at all. Jose the engineer turned up at the agreed day and time and did a fantastic job of installing the broadband which involved some tricky cableing. Great service from the whole team. Highly recommend 5*
