18 months ago I bought a pellet burner from this company and they installed it in my home. I have now just discovered that they removed part of the structural wall holding up the chimney between my house and my neighbours.!! I asked the company to mend the wall, remove the fire and give me a refund....perfectly reasonable I thought....but I then received an estimate from the company for 500 euros to repair the damage!! Unbelievable! So my advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !
