A great experience out of usually a bad reason for ending up there!! But yes amazing kind patient professional service.... always time for questions n worries.... Many languages spoken perfect English from all the lovely receptioniststaff and the vet team which is handy being in a predominantly expat community. So great also is the personal touch with Teddy and from a pup saving his life after pneumonia terrible time at first months and now his aftercare with his on going heart condition... thanks Raquel and David ... David has also been amazing with our old boy cash from our first day's here in Benidorm patient and professional always spending time with us to explain in detail the course of action and paths we can take with the boys . All in all a great team of quality highly professional team from reception Kayleigh and Maya The junior doctor . The top team of Vets and team behind Raquel y David. Great effort .guys ... we tgankyou for making our visits more bearable and even a pleasure ... worth the extra travel costs incurred travelling up from Benidorm to Alfas worthy of the extra for sure . The quality of the people is very good and the treated our kat very well. I cant say nothing about that but they are moneymakers as well. Very very very expensive. We had to pay 460 euros. Thats not normal. So thats the reasen that next time we try another one
